Located in front of SHA Spain, Villa Alma a private retreat with views of the mediterranean and the Sierra Helada Natural Park. Every space has been conceived to provide an immersive sensory experience, featuring the highest quality materials and a design that balances sophistication and well-being. From large-format porcelain cladding to the titanium faucets from the Norman Foster series by Porcelanosa, every choice reflects a commitment to excellence.
Spaces Designed for Well-being
The villa is distributed across three levels, connected by stairs and an elevator, combining spaciousness, design, and functionality:
- Main floor (179.3 m² + 216 m² of terraces): A spacious living room with a gas fireplace, an island dining area connected to the kitchen, a guest restroom, and a nen suite bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. Designed as the social area, this level invites guests to share moments and experiences.
- Upper floor (85 m² + 102 m² of terraces): Features a second en suite bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom, an independent lounge, and an expansive terrace designed for contemplation and absolute relaxation.
- Lower floor (358 m² + 49 m² of terraces): Houses three en suite bedrooms with walk-in closets and full bathrooms, a leisure room with a billiard table, a massage cabin, a gym with a spa, and direct access to the garden.
- Service area (85 m² + 102 m² of terraces): Includes a storage and laundry area, as well as a staff bedroom with a full bathroom and a separate entrance.
Design and Materials
The interior design of Villa Alma exudes a serene, elegant, and eclectic aesthetic, thanks to the meticulous selection of materials, furniture, and details. Sofas and beds are from Joquer, while the furnishings include iconic pieces such as the Eames Lounge Chair and Dall’Agnese armchairs. Outdoor furniture includes collections from Gandía Blasco, among others.
Much of the furniture has been custom-made by artisans, creating unique pieces such as the dining table, bedside tables, and bathroom countertops with integrated Krion sinks. The outdoor dining table, for instance, rests on the trunk of a thousand-year-old olive tree, paying homage to mediterranean tradition.
The handwoven wool rugs belong to the luxury collections of Cotlin and Ferreiras de Sá. The carefully designed lighting includes fixtures from Vibia and Flos, along with exclusive pieces made for the villa. The wallpaper is from Omexco, while the artwork comes from SHA’s private collection.

Villa Alma‘s spa is a sanctuary of relaxation and well-being. Equipped with a sauna, steam bath, and various showers, the water area includes an indoor pool with hydrotherapy jets, cascading water features, and a counter-current swimming lane. As in the rest of the villa, the amenities have been carefully selected from exclusive brands to enhance the luxury experience.
The gardens, designed to blend organically with the interior spaces, create a natural environment that balances privacy and a sense of freedom. Outside, the villa features a parking area for two vehicles, a barbecue, and a 22-meter pool with an integrated jacuzzi.
